Welcome to the Epistles of Thomas. For those of you unfamiliar with Greek, epistles means letters and I hope to write many letters to you in the coming months. In case you haven’t guessed it my name is Thomas. For those of you who know me personally welcome and please enjoy my epistles. For those of you I am yet to meet thank you for dropping by.
The Web is a big place and I intend to stay somewhat anonymous but here is some basic information. I am happily married to Sally and we live in Vancouver, Canada. I have a BTh from Ambrose University College, an MCS in New Testament from Regent College and an MA in Cross-Cultural Ministry from ACTS Seminaries. My wife also graduated from ACTS and received the MA in Christian Studies. We worship at Burnaby Alliance Church which is a multicultural church in a very multicultural area of Canada.
Please drop me a comment and introduce yourself if you wish. May these epistles be a stimulating blessing to you all!
Thomas

Thanks for the links Tom. I just used your Logos link to get a free lecture from the Logos free lecture series. Well resourced page.

Dear Thomas,
I’m a TA in the Alumni Office at Regent College. We’re updating our “Alumni Blogs” page, and we like what we see on your Galatians blog. Would you mind if we include a link to your blog from our homepage?
The URL above will let you see what the directory currently looks like. The layout will be basically the same, but we’re overhauling the links, because a number of them have gone dead and some other good ones (like yours) have come to our attention.
I know that bloggers don’t typically mind this sort of press—but it seemed wise to ask first. In your case, we’ll only identify you as “Thomas,” no last name or graduation year, in keeping with your blogging custom. You can reply to the e-mail address provided with a “yea” or “nay.”
Blessings,
Tim Boland

Just read of the secular and religious braindirtying you have received ;-(
Serving ‘time’ in the prison that is this world is a burden indeed…….
Simply, sad for you ;-(
Yet there is hope!
For Miracles do happen…….

I presume you believe I was born clean and have had my brain dirtied through education. Or perhaps at the moment of conversion Holy Spirit cleansed me thoroughly and I had no need to continue in fear and trembling; alas know my brain has been dirtied again? I will agree that I am a man of unclean brain living among a people of unclean brains. May the Lord continue to have mercy on us all.

Yes, thankfully “Mercy rejoices against judgment”…….
However, The Call has been given, “Come Out of her, MY people”!
“Come Out” of this wicked, evil world(babylon) and her theo’ry’logical systems of religion!
“The whore yet rides upon the beast”…….
What need is there of so-called ‘logic’ after one has received “the love of The Truth”?
Does not Faith rejoice against logic?
Is there not A Spirit that yet reveals all things?
What pagan system of theo’ry’logical religion had total contol over all manuscripts, written in any language of the known world, at the time that which is now called the ‘bible’ was created?
Who did ‘d’evil appoint to rule over his known “wicked, evil world” for hundreds of years?
Who and what made the so-called ‘dark ages’ dark?
Who has killed multiplied millions in the name of their “imag”ined pagan g-d whom they named ‘iesus’? And who were the harlot daughters that joined her in the battles to establish dominions in this wicked, evil world?
Who was the mother of those theo’ry’lgical systems of religion that are called ‘christianity’?
Willful ignorance, what can be expected from such?
‘ease of life’, ‘a conscience seared with a hot iron’, ‘a love for this world, it’s things, and their own life in and of it’, ‘ever learning but never experiencing(coming to the knowledge of) The Truth’,,,,etc,,,…….
Who has “suffered the loss of all things”?
Why is it that the multitudes will not receive The Truth that testifies, “the WHOLE(not just a portion) world is under the control of the evil one”?
“Many(multitudes) will say come that day, Master, Master, have we not done this, and that,,, in Thy Name, and The Master will say unto them, I never knew you, depart from Me all you workers of iniquity…….”
Hope is there would be those who heed The Call and “Come Out from among them”…….
