God is in Nebraska?

A Nebraskan senator has been attempting to sue God for “widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth’s inhabitants.” (Un)fortunately the judge threw the case out of court because God could not be served with the papers given that his home address is unlisted. As Christ lives in me I’m glad he doesn’t have my home address either!

The senator may attempt to appeal based on the fact that if God is omnipotent then surely he knows about this lawsuit and can defend himself. I believe Jesus’ example in the gospel accounts give us a good idea of what God’s defense will be. I wonder what the fellow will have to say when he reaches the court of God and has to appear before Judge Jesus. The foolishness of the cross is more than a match for that of senator Chambers.
