You can’t be good without God in Halifax!

Taking their cue from the British humanist campaign that I wrote about a few months ago, Canadian humanists want to place “You can be good without God” banners on buses in Canada. Halifax, Nova Scotia was one of their first stops (pun intended) but the transit authority said they have enough trouble trying to get people to be good without this type of controversy. Not really, they said they are a transit authority first and sell advertising second and don’t want trouble, which I think amounts to the same thing. For the fuller story check out this CBC ad article.
